The 4As has launched the Jobs Redeployment initiative and an online career centre to address some of the issues affecting businesses given the global economic slow-down.

The Jobs Redeployment initiative provides a platform for 4As members to offer their excess staff to other member agencies.  The aim of the initiative is to help our industry retain, where possible, talents within the industry.

The 4As Career Centre acts as an online jobs board to assist job seekers into media and advertising employment.  Individuals can look to the 4As Career Centre as an additional avenue to find employment opportunities. 4As members may post vacancies on the 4As Career Centre or search for potentially suitable talents.
