The 4As has named Managing Director of PHD Singapore, Ms. Patricia Lim, as Chairperson of the Singapore Media Awards (SMA) 2009.

Lauded as one of the media industry’s best, Lim was recently awarded Media Person of the Year at SMA 2008, she is also currently Chairperson of ABC Singapore, and a member of the 4As Media and Research Committee.

With 20 illustrious years of media career experience under her belt, Lim has seen a major revolution in the media industry, where media planning has become as important as the creative product.

In this time, Lim has not only established a strong network and reputation amongst the media owners but also served as an inspiring mentor to colleagues and clients.
