The Crowbar Awards turns 7 this year and celebrates with Eric Yeo and Goh Wee Kim as co-chairmen.
It all starts with an idea. Thoughts to paper, scribbled, sketched, scratched. Students can now show what goes on in that little head of theirs with an addition of the Napkin category. The Napkin category allows students to submit an idea that has not been executed. Their entries will be judged on the concept and idea for TVCs, print, interactive or design.
An idea is the root of it all, but execution is another big challenge. Every year, students are given the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and ideas through working on a real brief. This year's Crowbar Challenge will give students a chance to see their work in the real world, as the winning campaign will be implemented. The brief - to launch next year's Crowbar Awards call for entry through an integrated campaign.
Submit your works now. Entry deadline is 11 May 2007. Full entry details are available at www.crowbar.com.sg
