Singapore , 30 January 2008 - The 4As has named Mr. Harpreet Singh Kaintel as chairman of the Singapore Media Awards 2008. Currently chairman of the 4As Media & Research Committee, Kaintel, CEO of ZenithOptimedia, has been playing key roles at ZenithOptimedia and in the media industry over the last six years.

An exceptional people person, P&G recognised Kaintel's leadership when they conferred a Special Appreciation Award in 2004 “for his superior mentoring and coaching of the AOR organisations in Singapore and Vietnam ”.

Also a member of the Global Planning Development Taskforce, Kaintel drove development of Research & Insights in ZenithOptimedia's Singapore office. He has also won creative media awards at Cannes in 2006 and the Singapore Media Awards.
